Fuuga makes the most interesting stories but unfortunately this is a cop-out ending. Who is Misaki's friend/fortune teller? What is that medicine? How is Rina supporting them if he's forgotten everything? Misaki's father died and lost their spot so she can't support them either. If he's lost his memories like Rina did then he's lost more then just that including his skills. Did Rina get back all her memories or just her old ones? It's implied all of them but we only guess that based on the cats. She was talking like she still thinks she's a young girl earlier. Why is it just suddenly thrown in at the end that Misaki loved him the entire time? If the drug gave Rina back all her memories, took all of Shouta's, then what the hell did it do to Misaki? And at the end I presume we're supposed to feel bad for Misaki to some degree when she had been the most ragingest bitch to ever rage even if she was doing it for specific reasons, it doesn't change the fact that she relentlessly bullied and tormented Rina for years.

Further when the pills were shown in earlier chapters there were specifically two. Now there's three. So I guess it's magic.

This needed at least another chapter, probably more to resolve this. As it is, it's just wrapping a bowtie around the story and saying "Eh, who cares" which is a shame given how great it was up till now.
