If you used photoshop to edit, then you can; -use the pippete to get the same hex color as your bubble (slight gray-ish in your case), and then just brush over it -or adjust the brightness/level to get an actual white color (Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Level) or just CTRL-L for short

If you know something looks like shit, try doing a google search to find how to do it properly instead of just immediately giving up. If you'd just spend five minutes of effort to fix the color of your brush and typeset the moans, you would have made something presentable. The source material is really good, but the slapdash editing ruins it.
