I don't understand how you say that she looks "exactly" like any of the characters in the gallery you linked to. There's a faint resemblance only in that they're both dark skinned blonde girls, but nothing more.

Thacker, I don’t think this girl and the girl in the link that you left are the same either, the girl in the link has a brighter blonde color and haves brown eyes when this one haves red eyes. And she resembles the girl I’m talking about more than the one you’re talking about Because if take a closer look, you’ll notice that they also have the same eye color and they both have Ahoges. Another reason why I think they’re the same character is that, the character of the artist I’m talking about also gets in fights, it shows it in one of his doujinshi’s and some other guy’s doujinshi too, I’ll leave links so you can see, So thats why I think they’re same character.

The description in the Japanese written by the group literally says that it's one of the character that appeared in their RPG. The name of this (and the character) is "Yellow Signal." That RPG is "Signal Forces," and has three color coded girls, part of this SIGNAL team. This is a story about one of them.

@Thacker But I have to agree with @JayJay13 that this girls looks nothing like the Yellow Signal from the RPG. She doesn't even have that cute little ahoge.

It's true that in picture number 2 in this very gallery, which is directly from the RPG, she doesn't have the ahoge and the character design is slightly different than in the rest of the gallery. But it's obviously that character, as both the description and picture 2 make clear. It's abusrd to say that she looks nothing like the character. The text on page two says that this is a prequel slightly before the RPG; possibly she cut her hair after that.

There's no disputing this (and obviously she looks more similar to that character than to some other random character.) I don't expect people here to have any sort of command of Japanese, but I'm amazed at the disagreement over the visual appearance.
