Source of pictures:
detexted ones: mainly from yande.re,minitokyo.
original ones: e-hentai,minitokyo

Detexted ones are usually illustrated cards with the magazines, you have to donate to this magazine to get the card, therefore not every cover page comes with a detexted copy due to the source.
I filtered most of these pictures, removing noise and dust,adjusting color curves, etc.

P.S Misaki started with this cover page working from the 2009-8 issue till current month issue.

@Mazryonh I'd classify Kurehito (he's male btw) as an illustrator and not a mangaka, H or otherwise. His primary works apart from these magazine cover illustrations are mainly illustrations for novels, and he does have a few eroge under his belt. Even his doujin releases are mainly illustrations. Think he released a few doujin manga, while the art is beautiful, the story is simplistic at best.

I'm guessing he knows he can't script a decent story, so he's sticking at what he's good at, drawing beautiful women.
