Yeah nobody11 does a awesome job. But his patreon tiers are just insane. Literally no one pay him for even tier A. He probably would make a lot of money if he make the tiers way cheaper and have many patreons instead of hoping for whales to pay him 100 bucks per month when he can take multiple months to upload a single doujin.
