Had this done on my HDD for more than a year.
The plan was editing in a translation but...I received an awful script and the whole thing went on hiatus, indefinitely.
Today a proper TL came out so I don't need to work on it, phew.

Not sure if someone would still need this, but better than nothing I guess.
A tank of this is out, but the censorship is the same in all three Koh 2017-01 Scan, Koh 2017-01 Digital, and the Digital tank.
So until a paper scan of the tank comes out (assuming it won't be a black bar fest), this is still the best textless version.
