This is about as basic as a cuck/ntr story can possibly be. It relies on the mother being a complete idiot, the kid being an idiot, and the woman "secretly" being a whore to her base desires. The story doesn't even make sense in any sense of motivation at all. It's basically just using the old "all women are secretly whores to a good dicking" trope with absolutely nothing else holding it up.

Add in the complete failings of the setting like pointed out above and you have a complete mess.
