Sure seems like it. At least the artist understood the source material well enough.

I think it would be interesting for Akutagawa to pursue an alternate route and have Araragi and Senjougahara break up and a have another "World Line" emerge. El Psy Kongroo.

There are few things I enjoy more than a good (story-based) Monogatari doujin, even the ones that don't have completely happy endings or are hard to get off to from the subject matter. The amount of excellent fiction, both official and unofficial, spawned by this series is honestly astounding.
