This is simultaneously masterful and shite-
While the coloring and shading is great, the figures and poses are awkward and stiff, and the faces look plastered onto the heads instead of being part of the whole object... not to mention that expressions are nonexistent.

This guy should really take some time exploring how figures work- looking into observational drawing from models, studying faces, and really going in-depth on how things move and interact in the real world. Because without taking the time to learn the basics, your art will *always* look wrong.
