There are 120 girls, and the 1 guy (MC) has to knock them up within the time limit of 120 days to avoid decapitation. (This implies that it's all or nothing, i.e. either every girl gets pregnant or everybody dies.)

The girls are high school students except for the woman giving the blowjob -- she's their teacher.

Right before the abduction, MC's crush (his classmate) had started hanging out with a guy who's infamous for posting sex videos of his girlfriends online. It didn't mention whether the two had actually started dating, or whether they'd fucked yet. From what info we have, neither the crush nor the wannabe porn star were abducted with MC.

Also, it doesn't specifically state that the abductors were aliens, but… unless it's the Japanese government trying to increase fertility rate, then yeah, it's probably aliens.
