A few years back I would have loved to see this comic. Now it only make me remember how shitty X-Men comics have become. At this point this could very well be canon.

victor_rp you dislike the Hickman X-men reboot, or were unaware that's what this is based off of? So far all I've read of it is the the Powers of X/House of X graphic novel. I can't see how anyone could really dislike that book. It feels like Hickman is setting the X-men up for another Avengers/New Avengers/Secret Wars where after three or so years of this, Moira X dies and decides she can't do this anymore and suicides as a child effectively rebooting mutants altogether. Perhaps she leaves some sort of note for kid Xavier, but either way, the scene is set for the comics to model/become MCU X-men.
