@Samproidzz This comes from Doujins.com, which has some translated works hidden behind memberships, while the prior one was done by an independent translator. After some time, the site releases the membership doujin/manga as part of their 'free viewing' section.

Also, translation is a tricky process and different translators will have different interpretations of the Japanese language, so the pages won't be copy-and-paste dialogue/exposition. This applies to the editors of the scanned works too.

On one hand, you get to choose which translation you prefer based on word choice and grammar, though this does mean that you'll find already translated works being uploaded rather than new translations of other doujin/manga.
