It's nice that the author takes care to publish an English version himself but someone should tell him that in contrast to Japanese, you can't simply flip the text direction 90 degrees.

There exists a tag for bad grammar - I wonder if there exists one for actually painful to read typesetting (as in, literally: not a sarcastic "it's so bad it hurts", but a LITERAL "it forces us to read with tilted head so out necks LITERALLY hurt"). Or, would the actual "bad grammar" tag be apropiate here? Tentatively using that tag, with that meaning, as the most close to what we have here.

Do you think that, if we reach to the author, he (or she) will be willing to let us westerns edit the translated versions to change the direction of the text? I mean, to him it's only a matter of sharing the clean pages and wait for a result. I can even imagine more people buying them if his works weren't so hard to read in our languaje.
