Long time no see guys. I hope you all have been doing well, especially during this Pandemic. It sucks balls. I've mostly been dealing with health issues, hence why I stopped working on doujins, plus it affected my self-esteem and motivation but I'll try to do more stuff.

So this doujin itself was released translated almost two weeks ago and when I found it 2 days ago, I decided that I wanted to fix it completely because I didn't like the current type-setting it had and there was a lot of lazy mistakes that the editor didn't bother in cleaning up and fixing. I've also added more depth to the colors so it could look even better. I hope you all like this re-edit. Creds for the translations remain on Hardcore Translations.

Good work, but some typos have managed to sneak into your release as well: "landady" at page 6, "one's" at page 18 and "concludded" at page 21, for example. And you missed the chance to correct "landlord -> landlady" at page 4...
