I feel like I missed it, when did she hit her head or does said head hitting imply something else? I checked both translations to see if there was some difference but it seems to mostly be preference on how stuff is spoken and everything in the sleep walking sections show nothing about her bumping her head (aside from flushed cheeks)

*edit: Moronical, the uploader, says that it's the initial knock/entering scene when the sister is sleepwalking on page 7. Man that's a "blink and miss it" moment even if it was a *Bump* sound effect.
