It's like when you find something that looks really good then suddenly it's like

But.

This story has so far managed to remain rather heartfelt and engaging, while keeping a darker tone to it. The subtle control and direction is fascinating. It has just enough humor and self-awareness to keep it grounded, and doesn't take itself too seriously. The characters are real and interesting, although cliched. The art is amateurish but the decent sense of scale and anatomical shape made up for it.
This is an example of potential put to good use. Kudos to OP for making something good, and for not going down the Faf route. I have actually enjoyed reading it.
