1. Cybersix was a vastly under-rated series, additionally hampered by restrictions of what they were able to depict cartoon-wise from the darker content of the comic-series.

2. If any cartoon series deserves a reboot with current (2020) animation technologies, it is Cybersix. (They could probably even get Cathy Weseluck to reprise her voicing role as Cybersix. :) )

Ooh I still remember watching the cartoon as a kid and thinking the entire setting was quite dark and the content so serious but at the same time I couldn't stop watching it really... (giant soul sucking eye *cough* *cough*)

Actually, thinking about it now, cartoons back then were much darker than the stuff nowadays.... I wonder why...

@Angry Erection : actually the original comic is from Argentinian authors (drawn by Carlos Meglia and written by Carlos Trillo), which was first published in an Italian comics periodic. The 12 first tomes have been translated and published in french getting a small success but being a bit drowned in our local production. There would be a lot to say, but to keep it short, there are a lot of artists in France, and not a lot of money, publishers tends to be money hungry, authors tends to just be hungry, so there are a lot of one-shot comics (done by people who want to be comic artists but are forced to resign), a lot of easy cash-in comics (based on common jokes or celebrity endorsement), and really few long lasting quality comics.

But you're right, the original comic is sexy.
