Description from VNDB

The main character, Daisuke Nishino, is the head priest of a certain shrine. He regularly tries to make a child with his childhood friend, Fuka, but she doesn't get pregnant like they wish. Going to a doctor revealed that Daisuke had his reproductive functions impaired by a past accident.

For the shrine to continue a child was needed. The couple try various things but none succeed and they soon give up. While suffering Daisuke asks his brother Ryunosuke to get his wife pregnant.

Ryunosuke holds his brother's wife while being confused and Fuka who feels forgotten about. The glossy voice of my wife echos throughout the house.

Daisuke keeps waiting in the next room for the seeding to end. My beloved wife is immersed in the semen of a man other than myself, until then.......

Routes:

There are only 4 times that you get to make choices. While the first one won't affect your ending, the other 3 will, only 2 options on each of em. I'm only going to explain the ending since my VNR is fucking up so I'm not 100% sure on how the story goes

Route 1 (choices 1-1-1)
Husband overheard the wife wanting a 2nd round during sex making him furious, immediately stop them and losing his trust in his wife. The story ends with the couple still together but now has a huge crack on their relationship

Route 2 (choices 1-1-2)
Husband did not overhead them, the 2 end up going 2 rounds. Later on the wife did confess to the husband that they went 2 rounds to increase her chance of getting pregnant. Later on they decided for the wife to come with the brother to tokyo so they can have a proper private sex. Unknown to the husband, they had sex way too many times than what they agreed on. Story ends with the husband keep doubting the wife and asking her questions on how many times they truly had sex whenever he had the chance to. The wife end up getting pregnant but the doubt stays.

Route 3 (choices 2-2-1)
Wife couldn't get pregnant, husband couldn't take it anymore so he had to stop them. The husband kept refusing to have sex with the wife making her frustrated. She end up going to the brother's room, started in kisses then eventually end up having a sex. The affair continues till she completely fallen for him. Husband eventually finds out and he just keep on peaking at them. Story ends where wife completely changed, slowly losing her interest with the husband while being sweet to the brother.

Route 4 (choices 2-2-2)
As the sex continues, the husband begins to peak on his wife and his brother's sex and slowly enjoys them. In the end, having a child didn't matter as he became a full cuck and enjoy looking at his wife getting inseminated by his brother.

Conclusion:
Atelier Sakura really bounced back on this one, this is one of their best one in a long time! This series is the best, part 1+after story is the classic best, 2 is alright but not as good, but this one is the greatest one they had in a long time. Hope we get an after story for this one, possibly on the first route cause it felt like it ended way too early without a proper epilogue.
