I thought DeepCream didn't work on grayscale? Did I miss something?

So it was said, but I just said fuck it and tried. Sometimes you get some red discoloration, but it works pretty well for something that isn't supposed to work.

Yeah, it’s surprisingly clean considering what was done. There’s some noticeable discoloration like the dicks on page 17, but the lines are all pretty much perfect.
Might be worth further testing to see if it can be used as a first sweep on decensoring efforts, if this quality is repeatable with more complex and messy art styles then it’ll speed up decensoring greatly.

Yeah, quite impressive that it works somewhat. On the other hand the censoring is quite light in this doujinshi. It would be interesting to see the results on something with heavier censoring like: /s/680d8a4e4c/1530854-13

The red discolorations are noticeable if you look for them but for a quick fap it definitely works. You could just map the result to grayscale though to get rid of the color but the different contrast will most likely remain. Maybe you could also retrain DeepCreamPy on doujinshi data if you really have time on your hands...

The decensoring looks pretty subpar here. Changing the images to greyscale looks better but because this specific manga has shittons of jpeg artifacts you instantly notice the smooth parts that were decensored. You might want to clean up the harsh edges with the healing brush or similar tools.

Pretty cool. You should definitely do this again on more galleries, I'd like to see it too.
(1) The original gallery wasn't leveled correctly, since the gradients here lost a lot of their information.
(2) Mirroring the other comments: turn it to gray scale after running deepcreampy.
(3) Might wanna clean it up with something like waifu2x before running it through deepcreampy to get better results.

Thanks for the info, really needed other eyes and opinions on it. I have a couple of others I'm working on with it, but I am decensoring as my second pass thru. I'm going light bar censors and working my way up to the heavier shit. Keep the critiques coming as I'm just jumping into the decensoring thing.

What a weird doujin. At least most gender-bender try to have some internal logic, this one kinda just said "fuck it, that buff silhouette he imagined will make him a busty valkyrie instead" and ran with it. Kinda off-putting.

@wildstag By the looks of thing the Job Change Goddess is capable of reading the minds of those near her to perform her job. So she knew that she did not meet his imagined expectations and basically decided to get payback on him (its probably a common occurrence for her to be looked down upon). Since she is a goddess this kind of thing is simple. This is also the reason why the first thing she did upon him complaining was summon a tentacle beast and set him up to be turned into a mind-broken slut.

Not to mention it was kinda clear with the characters name that he was going to get turned into his namesake: Riesz from Trials of Mana. That is why he is turned into a Valkyrie, which is the basis for a number of Riesz's classes.
