How do I tag the artist's name? I tried Artist: Cinnabus and so far it's not considered valid.

If this is your first upload, check the FAQ and the wiki. There isn't much that pisses people off. But compilations and updating a gallery more than twice a month or so is how you do it. (And so it uploading a theme-less "personal" hentai collection/compilation. This is not the place, in my OPINION.) There really aren't many rules, and those that there are are fairly easy to stay in the clear of. There is a thread on the fourm for making new tags for artists. I don't know which one it is, because I am not primarily an uploader. You also have a control panel at /mytags where you may filter tags you do not wish to see. More info on the wiki. Nobody cares if you don't like gore, just filter it out with your tag preferences.
One other etiquette is for comments. Try to use as few lines as possible so as not to clutter the comments on a gallery. It is encouraged for everyone to post a single comment, and edit it for later replies. The comments are intended for meta commentary, jokes, and constructive banter. Every user has a moderation power, the vote+ and vote- are not likes and dislikes. They are moderation tools, and a sufficiently lowly scored comment is hidden from the gallery. But mods will always see all comments, for administrative reasons. Uploaders are encouraged to use the uploader comment space to elaborate with meta information about the gallery. As well as link to raw copies of translated works, and the artist(s) social media and store fronts. As well as append further replies to the comments.
To make further changes to this gallery. Go to upload.e-hentai.org/manage.php and navigate to any of your uploads. Click the clone and unlock button. It will allow you to manage your public galleries. When you have more content to upload to this artist gallery, clone and unlock and make additions to this gallery. Please do not create a new gallery, as it is wasteful. Nearly everyone appreciates artist galleries like this to be ordered from new to old, with variant sets grouped together. I could have made this a PM. But it may help someone else that is new later on down the road. They won't read the wiki, but they might read this as they type. "Nice gallery! Need this in sub eng and sub spanish people, thanks!"

Thank you for the info, you've been really helpful to me! I wasn't aware that I didn't have to make a new gallery until now since I've seen other people do this when they update their stuff. Edit: I followed what you said but the gallery hasn't updated with the new images I posted today and yesterday. I can't publish it since it would make it redundant.
