I don't think all ~120 of these character tags meet the presence rule…
In fact, most probably do not. Character tags, especially.

I'm impressed with the ridiculous attention to detail and all, but god damn is it annoying to deal with gallleries like this with a billion tags that mostly don't meet the rules.
All you've done here is make a gigantic mess for taggers to muck through to figure out what actually is in enough individual images to merit a tag. one or two or three pictures doesn't count.
