Eh, it's a story that did well what it set out to do. Maybe took a bit too long, but that's kind of the point of the story as well, isn't it, that the guy took too long and got his goal, actually raping her, snatched away. That was a neat twist, as well as him basically losing in the end.

That ending is really novel. I've never seen a scenario where a rapist badman character gets NTR'd by another more skilled rapist badman. It's not quiet the same as a "He was too slow to act" situation commonly seen in standard NTRs.
