Please change those "t.co" links to the actual domains.

To update the uploader comment, you have to click on "My Uploads" on the top, then click on the title of the specific gallery or on "Manage". Just update the text and click on "Save Changes".
But you can also update a gallery (Create New Version) if you add new pages to a gallery, for example for an ongoing work.
