Sadly, Lapis is not part of the harem (and neither is Spinel). The fanfic this is based off of was a commision, and it seems the commissioner really disliked Lapis. At one point in the story it seemed like Lapis might join (though kinda implied it would be via a more "severe" method compared to the rest), but then she's written completely out of the story in the next chapter with none of the other characters even seeming to care. Hopefully the artist will make some changes, but considering the comic so far, they're being pretty faithful to the fanfic, barring a few minor details.
