First of all, this is normally thing that often happened. It's sometimes happened to me. Because the most of there are some galleries are being hidden. So you don't need to be panic.
Second. The best solution is you can start the petition to expunge your own galleries which are accidentally conflicted (duplicated, in this case) with other galleries. You can contact the Gallery Moderators for helping you expunge the galleries at the forum.

The uploader's problem is his galleries are duplicated at some galleries which had been already uploaded and being hidden in e"x"hentai, and of course the uploader is seem not able to access into e"x"hentai. So the best way, i think, is the uploader should be the one who start the petition to expunge those duplicated galleries.
