If only a more advanced program was being used for smoothness. Not only does the mom look plastic as fuck, in some pages, her face really looks like an apes that had filler put in it's lips. Like page 32, just ugh.

For some reason, in chapter 2 her skin looks like dried parchment.

Build up the cheeks on the face more & push the mouth back. The big lips look good, it’s the mouth protruding off the face that makes it uncanny. That’s why pg 32 looks so weird. Look where the mouth is compared to the nose & cheek bones
