What a shame, though, that it is easily reversed to "In my opinion you have two choices, or you don't read the comment and you don't get annoyed!!" As for the second part, i.e, "why don't you do it yourself", it's a quite common fallacy called "Appeal to accomplishment" and can be dismissed without further comment.
