is missing some pages.

Also, the previous uploader has joined a couple of pages into
a single one. While that is visually correct (those were in
fact "double-pages") and also kind of nice, it is not the way
the original content was available (at least not for me), thus
I've left the "double-pages" untouched (separated). Any decent
Image Viewer is capable of joining those pages, so it really
isn't such a big deal.
