It's quite interesting but the title that doujinshi.mugimugi gives for this doujin is different; anyway Ore-Eva is written on the back cover.

Notes of the scanner (not me):
So, this is a free raw scan of Ore-Eva, a doujinshi from way back in 1995. Interestingly, the sketch of Kaworu from the OP is present on the back cover, even though whoever put it there almost certainly had no idea who that guy was. Despite how old this is, I seem to be the first person to scan it. Probably probably because the story barely has any nudity.

Um... Don't sell this for profit or anything... Stay in school... and... support your local... translators of scanned doujinshi.
