I never really got how people take such amazing pictures with Oblivion. No matter how hard i tried it always came out badly.

Awesome gallery! God bless you for making those awesome mods. They should make Oblivion into MMORPG too, it's so boring when you have a cool character but nobody to show it off.

hmm.... i recall that some Chinese forums have almost "all" anime characters in Oblivion and strip-able.

May I ask your PC spec? No matter what I do I can't get my graphics that good.

I'm pretty sure they use photo-shop to fuzz the image (works wonders for everything else).
You can find the textures, hair, eyes, etc at tesnexus.com as well as many other mods.
