The VAST majority of Nagare Ippon's works have NOT been NTR, only about 1/3 of them have. He has done plenty of vanilla stories and even fantasy world ones.

Nagare Ippon likes making woman break down completely in his works and yes that runs into NTR a lot, but that doesn't always happen. He just likes to make his woman love sex as much as possible, for better or for worse.
