It doesn't look like 10mo's art style because it isn't. Zattou Keshiki is a 2 person group, composed of 10mo and 岡霧硝. This comic was drawn by the latter of the two. Not only did he write the foreword (the "岡霧です" is a nice hint that it isn't 10mo's work), but he's also the credited artist on websites that sell this doujin (ie: http://www.suruga-ya.jp/database/ZHOI30056.html).

I'm somewhat surprised that 10mo is tagged for this gallery, but seeing as how his name is in the English gallery name, I suppose it's to be expected.
