It's fascinating to note that this was the only doujinshi comic that Yonekura Kengo wrote and drew for Neon Genesis Evangelion. My guess is that Kengo had plans to do more stuff like this, but was then tapped to be the main artist and designer for the Shinji Ikari Raising Project PC game (which I think ironically came as a result of someone finding, reading and liking this; also I am referring to the same Shinji Ikari Raising Project PC game that was later given a manga adaptation that has been posted here on the E-hentai galleries.).
