i just checked out the japanese website. The game is cross-dressing rather than gender bender. The hero, kokoro ICHINOSE (the person with long purple hair in the middle of the cover) started cross-dressing since young. He entered the Sakuraduki Magic School as a girl and this is where the game begins.
