This isn't really an NTR game.

What happens is the protagonist gets into a car accident an awakens in another reality (hence "IF"). In the real world, the protagonist's childhood gf/fiance (the black-haired chick) dies and he ends up marrying his college friend, the brown-haired chick. After the accident, the protagonist ends up in a reality where the girl doesn't die and they've been married for 10 years. The guy with glasses (the protagonist's best friend/dead girl's older brother) only gets involved with the real wife when you choose to follow the dead girl route.

There's no NTR in this game. The sequences where your best friend is fucking your wife (the brown hair one) are only the MC's dreams. Besides, given how everything takes place in an limbo-esque world, I doubt you can even call that netorare in the first place.

If anything, this is a decent nakige and manages to make me cry in the end. The setting is cliche, but executed well.
