There are 2 ways to download Archive/Doggie Bag Download and Torrenting.

To download using the Archive.Doggie Bag System you must have sufficient credits/GP to download

- GP can be earned by making you own galleries or help torrenting
- Credits can be gained through GP transfer and playing the Hentaiverse game

Torrenting requires you to have a torrent application installed. Utorrent and Bittorent are the 2 most popular ones I know. If you have the application installed then you can save the torrent from here and open it using them and start downloading it.

If these aren't your problem then it may be with the EHentai servers. Hope this helps
