After all, would it be so hard to show this character drinking Sucubi Milk to get the demonic form and eating some Equinium to get the dick you know the body transformativs we see here?
Seriously, it's great that people want to do CoC art, but when you just throw it in there anyone who has played CoC for 10-15 minuets will be scratching there heads wondering where are the transformativs that caused this? Is that a thing in the game? How the fuck does that work?
