From the looks of it, seems it belongs to the series. And as VL Translation mentioned, they plan to translate 4 chapters, 3 are here /g/358703/120c59c5f0/ and the 4th is the one you linked.

The only bothering thing is, that the last chapter was from 2011/03 :( One year with no updates kinda sucks... Plus that cliffhanger >_>

I don't know if you can link other blogs but the last chapter is in Penguin Sanzokuban 2011-04 (author took a break in -05 and Idol Sister started in -06) and luckily enough it doesn't look bad like some people hope it would be.
