This is fappable because of how unrealistic it is. There were too many people against this. And even if they all failed, Issei probably would have just sacrificed his body to the dragon before letting any of them get raped.

This is funny because in the actual series, in the recently released High School DxD BorN OVA: The Unresurrected Phoenix; it was revealed that Riser never even saw Rias' raw breasts and is desperately attempting to see it, but of course he was stopped by Issei.
