@Byron: since nobody bothered to scan LBM5 yet, I am pretty sure BTK69 is working with the omnibus scan from /g/506290/66cdf1d9d7/ which has no color cover, using the best cover scan he could find online, likely whatever was included in that gallery (not part of the omnibus, by the way, just an extra thrown in...). I am sure that if somebody can provide BTK69 with a proper cover scan, he will add them to a v2 version.

(Incidentally that's the same reason for the crappy cover in /g/515163/888e72cc13/)
