Tatenashi Sarashiki, read as Sarashiki Tatenashi in Japanese.

She is the older sister of Kanzashi Sarashiki, and the Student Council President. As President, she is currently the most powerful IS user in the academy.

Tatenashi and Kanzashi does not appear in the anime since the anime takes place up till Silver Gospel arc. Both Tatenashi and Kanzashi appears after the Silver Gospel arc.

SPOILERS: Both have feelings for Ichika in later volumes, which is typical. And Ichika still dense as bricks to notice. Which means they included in the 'harem' as well.

EDIT: Tatenashi is what I called a 'prodigy', a very talented person. However, I still don't see her as a Mary Sue. She still has flaws. Her shaky relationship with her younger sister is one of it.
