For those of you who may not know, Dementia aka Tom Sutton was a prolific mainstream comic artist. He did the first Vampirella and penciled most of DC's Star Trek 56 issues among many other stories for Warren, Marvel, etc. He passed in 2002 from an apparent heart attack. Check it out on Wikipedia.
