I see even Józef Piłsudski managed to get a place in this. I'd just like to point out (before anyone brings it up - and someone always does) that although Hideki Tojo was technically not the leader of Japan at the time of WWII (and therefore not its dictator), Emperor Hirohito cannot be included in this book of dictators. He was an absolute monarch. "Dictator" and "Absolute Monarch" are mutually exclusive terms, as they describe how a person got to unrestrained power. The monarch gets power by "legitimate" ascension to a throne, while the dictator seizes power not given to him.
And please try to remember that not every person in this book is unquestionably a bastard. Ataturk and Tito did wonders for their country and are still surprisingly well liked there, for example.

What's your point? It looks to me that this is simply a Rule 63 of dictators. Not a criticism of them.
Many of these people did allot of good for their countries. Defeat aside Hitler made allot of improvements to Germany and the people there enjoyed a much greater quality of life thanks to him. But this is neither about that nor "MUH 666TRILLION!" it's about the fact that he was a dictator.
