Those who got confused, I think this one is a pun, Raincoat = Kappa both have the same Kanji it seemed. And the Guy said "He lost" and "Sex starved house wife" probably means the family had a game.

I'm probably going to be reamed if I'm wrong (or rather, regardless) but diving into mythology /just as much as I know of it/...

The girl at the end either is or was dressing up as a "Kappa," which can be translated as "raincoat," which puns into the other woman having had to take off her "kappa" before the clerk gave her the sex. But that aside, Kappas have a thing (not sure just what that 'thing' is implied to be here, fetish or what) for cucumbers. HatMan went damn near blue in the face, so either he's related to her or he's shocked that someone would show up in a "kappa" suit (or at least, a skintight one) when a) the story title apparently has something to do with raincoats (kappas) and/or b) he showed up with someone wearing even less.

Various other details aside, the general verdict was "It's not supposed to make sense." That or "it's an inside joke"
