I bought the book through a deputy service, but be aware if you use a deputy service you are likely going to spend double the cost of whatever you buy. I like the author's work and the subject matter, so I purchased a copy but it's purely a personal choice if you want to support the author. For the record I used the scans at /g/531700/4c73cd380b/ for this commission as I didn't want to destroy my copy.
