p.s. Hm, I'm noticed something interesting - he's wearing striped stockings, which with the first stripe is red,but on the page 6 the first stripe is changed to black (and back again - on a next page). He can turn into hottest femboy in the blink of an eye - maybe it's just another pair ? :)

I think this comic (the main character at least) is based on a real person. "Natalie Loves Cum" The name is similar too.
