I don't know if it is bad per se, but it would completely change the tone of the story. I'd argue that shemale/futa on male is entirely different than a woman pegging a man with a strap-on because the strap-on is quite clearly not a real penis and thus if a woman feels pleasure from the situation, it is almost entirely psychological rather than physical, and that to me is essential for it to be femdom rather than Yaoi with a girl's body.
