It's a 100% Marmalade Boy parody.

Marmalade Boy is a 8 volume manga series by Wataru Yoshizumi, that was adapted to a 76 episode anime series. In the late 90's it was one of the most popular fansub series, being fully released (on VHS/SVHS) by Karen Duffy, from Tomodachi Anime.

The manga and anime were later comercially released by TokyoPop.

In the cover, Miki Koishikawa is the girl in the center,Meiko Akizuki is in her right and Arimi Suzuki is the girl in the left, with green hair.

The first story is collected in one the doujinshi anthologies I've uploaded (/g/494561/d3efc56794/).
