It tries to compare the tanks with each other by using the terms of Gundams, so weak tank= weak Gundam, strong tank = strong Gundam

It's a little more than that. For example the Zaku II (workhorse for Zeon) is compared to the Panzer IV (workhorse for Nazi Germany), the Firefly to the GM Sniper (both long-range, hard hitting) and so on. Most comparisons are very clever, thanks for the upload, it's amazing to see how far Japanese fans can push G&P.
