IF you're being serious then you're wrong. You can't cosplay as something that doesn't exist; that would just be making your own costume and it would be entirely original. This girl cosplayed as Elizabeth, who was already designed, and Levine hired her cover art and live-action trailers to promote the game. Look it up, and get your facts straight.

@Extreama, Almost right, she was hired to use her face for 3d modeling for Elizabeth in Bioshock. They originally already finished making Elizabeth's face and what not but decided to go with her because that's the face they were looking for. She wasn't just used as cover art and promotion.
Her face is pretty much what you see on Elizabeth in Bioshock Infinite. That's why the original Elizabeth in the 7 minute gameplay of Bioshock in 2011 was different to the released one.
